Prayer by the Chaplain, Pastor Tom Chism.
Heavenly Father, without You we can do nothing. It is Your faithfulness to Your creation and Your commitment to including us in Your eternal plan, that allows us to handle the business of Heaven's Kingdom on this earth. Bless these who have been given the formidable task of bringing resolution to the difficult issues of this day. Let it be done with clarity, with compassion, and with humility. Bless this great state. May all prosper under the direction of these legislators and the laws they institute. In Your name we pray.
Amen. Pledge of allegiance to the Flag.
